Printing House Craftsmen To Donate Funds To School of Imaging & Information Technology at Edison

The School of Imaging & Information Technology (IIT) at Edison, 655 Colfax Street, will accept a $1,500 donation from the Rochester Club of Printing House Craftsmen on Friday, December 7 at 11:45 a.m.        

The donation will support educational activities for students at the school.
The club is part of an international organization comprised of individual in the printing and graphic arts industry and is dedicated to the growth and success of that industry.

The donation will support activities of students in the Print Media program of IIT at Edison which focuses on skills and technology in the commercial printing, computer graphics, and design fields.

Ron Hindmarch, chapter president of the Rochester Club of Printing House Craftsmen and a recruiter with Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Print Media, will be on hand for the donation.

A particular school will be highlighted every other month, with opportunities for the public to attend special events, see student learning in action, and find out what makes the school unique.
